Default webtool password don't work

I've just installed engarde (engarde-community-3.0.22.i686.iso), but i can't login to webtool.
"admin"/"lock&%box" dont work. Shell login under root works fine. Can i change admin password from shell?

As i can see /etc/webtool/miniserv.users - file with users. There are one user - admin and pasword hash ("admin:98UHBcZ3uksPoen:en")

PS I've try LiveCD too, same problems (nor "lock&%box", nor entered password don't work)

My guess is that you're not connecting to the instance you think you're connecting to.

The file /var/log/webtool.log should contain a log of your login attempts, including success or failure.
