I never tried but since you have access to all your resources and you have already done the backup of your databases i think that you should not have any problems to port everything to EnGarde except with SELinux.

Anyway there are some good tutorials about installing Joomla on EnGarde and other PHP applications so i think that the staff already done this and there are no problems.
