proper permissions on /var/spool/mail

Is there a reason why /var/spool/mail had the permission 755 and not 1777.
I just changed mine to 1777 because alpine was whining about it.
But with the stickybit set there should be no security issue, right?

Leihog, 0775 should be just fine. 1775 isn't necessary. Make sure alpine is in group mail.
