I'm trying to install amavisd-new and clamav on a new Centos 4.x server, they both seem to run OK, but, I see 'lstat() failed' in the maillog:

is that because clamd needs permissions to /var/amavis/tmp/ ?

I tried : "chmod -R 0770 /var/amavis/tmp" but it didn't help

# groups clamav
clamav : clamav amavis

# ls -al /var/amavis
