Sorry for neglecting your question for so long. I just didn't have
a satisfactory answer until the 2.7.0-pre15, which now provides
something close to your needs. Please see its release notes,
paying attention to sections describing @sa_userconf_maps,
@sa_username_map, and $sa_num_instances. It's still a bit rough
and not very elegant, but should do the job if one really needs
per-recipient (or per- recipient's domain) SpamAssassin customizations.
