50-user is not listed in your test, so this config is not used on
ubuntu/debian, delete /etc/amavisd.conf
in ubuntu/debian, do only change settings in 50-user, all other config
files is overwrited on updates
i am not using ubuntu/debian, so might be totaly incorrect :=)
