Presumably because not enough admins are submitting South African Bank Phishing Email samples....?

I diligently report/submit ZA Bank Phishing samples here http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi but never get any email feedback that they have been processed or accepted.
To rephrase the question below:
Can somebody from CLAMAV advise if Phishing sample file submissions are being ignored in general or accepted/used but not acknowledged?.
