Could I suggest that you consider not publishing data where the numbers are small (small numbers of reports, or small numbers of sites reporting a particular piece of malware).

That information could be used by malware authors to discover information about the networks of their targets. I'm not sure what kind of information, but they could potentially discover that a site is using ClamAV, or that it has a particular configuration.

Perhaps you've already considered this.
