Perhaps:

cd /usr/ports/security/clamav
make config # Remove the EXPERIMENTAL bit portupgrade -f clamav && freshclam -v

Then see if the message goes away.

I am seeing something different though (FreeBSD 6.4-STABLE):

• MailMaxRecursion is DEPRECATED ***
• ArchiveMaxFileSize is DEPRECATED ***
• ArchiveMaxRecursion is DEPRECATED ***
• ArchiveMaxFiles is DEPRECATED ***
• ArchiveMaxCompressionRatio is DEPRECATED ***
• ArchiveBlockMax is DEPRECATED ***
