Well, modifying the 10.0 to 10.2 you would finde clamav packages:

http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/suse/update/10.2/rpm/i586/clamav-0.92-0.1.i586.rpm http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/suse/update/10.2/rpm/i586/clamav-db-0.92-0.1.i586.rpm
