Its strabge but its solved.
It seems like the fialure comes from a dpkg-reconfigure command I gave
to switch to root from clamav
and it seems like the /etc/clamav/clamav.conf and
/etc/clamav/clamav-freshclam.conf are not updated corectly
in clamav.conf was still User:clamav
solved :)
