Hi Bruce,

Nice hearing from you. The team is certainly still out here; many of them have been focusing on the next major update, which is due in the next week or so. Much of the activity is in adding new features in expectation of a major release pending.

EnGarde is as strong as ever, and has been using the v2.4 kernel for more than two years, and the v2.6 kernel has also been integrated for as long as I can remember. There are also loads of developer docs on the FTP site and http://infocenter.guardiandigital.com that should help here.

Security advisories have been consistent and steady; it appears there is another set of advisories going out this week. Have you all subscribed to the Guardian Digital Secure Network? That has become the best way for us to community important information to users as well as get an idea about who is using EnGarde.

Much of our efforts have been focused on our enterprise customers; we'd like to hear more from the community on where you would like to see us focus our efforts for the next release.

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Thanks,
Dave
