[framework] msfencrypt usage help

Some clues would be helpful on how to use this tool:

ruby msfencrypt.rb
Usage: msfencrypt.rb <key> <infile >oufile

  key: key used for encryption. use "-r" to generate a random key.

understand that the key represents the <key> of the url such as
http://host/file.html?<key>

Is infile javascript code? pdf file?

Information says it's been integrated into the metasploit project.

Any information much appreciated.
