Make a transport never bounce

Hi,

I'd like to make a special transport never bounce.

For role accounts (abuse, postmaster, etc.) I'd like to pipe the mails
directly into our trouble ticket system using a special pipe transport.
However this delivery could fail and normally postfix would generate a bounce
from that. Instead I'd like these mails to stay into the queue until the
transport is fixed.

Is there an easy was to acomplish that?
