I know this is going to come off a bit less than helpful but:
First, this list is about Postfix and Postfix only. Questions about other
mail programs such as MUAs (e.g. mutt) and delivery programs (e.g.
procmail) are outside the scope of this list.

Second, your questions are a bit simple for a system administrator. If you
don't know how to tell if a certain program is on your system, you are in
way over your head trying to configure an MTA such as Postfix. The answers
to your simple questions are easily found with your favorite search
engine.
