I proposed the dates and the idea was not to evenly spread the dates but
instead to avoid major holidays, etc. so the dates would be realistic and allow
for the most amount of hands on deck.

My thought process was to avoid Nov/Dec/Early Jan due to Holidays, avoid May
due to college finals/end of summer holidays, and avoid Jun/Jul/Aug due to
Summer.

I also picked late April to try and avoid most spring breaks and Easter.

Anyway, it's a step forward and one that I think will help!
