Possible BAD_CREDIT FP and score too high

Hi,

I noticed a regular e-mail that came in from NetRegistry recently that
exceeded a score of 5.0

After review, it appears that the BAD_CREDIT rule hit and added 2.42 to
the overall score. That seems a bit excessive IMO.
