Sorry, this was not a sensible claim of mine. The IPv4-only RBL servers
are better dealt with by using a separate DNS resolver on a dual-stack
host. I only need NAT64 to access Razor servers (not sure about DCC)
and to be able to fetch SA source update from svn.apache.org.
