Finally I took the patched Botnet.pm from [1] and replaced my
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.3/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Botnet.pm .
That solved my previous problems (I don't know for the rest). Thanks to
Matthew!
