commercial version of DCC provides reputations. While you may not want to
use commercial version of DCC, you can at least look how it works.
Note that there's one problem with local reputations: they may not apply at
different place. After some spam outbreaks in the past, I found our servers'
reputation score very low, while I'm sure there were more ham sent from them
The problem was whils ham is usually sent to near destinations - our mail
passed from slovakia mostly to slovakia, czech and close countries. (didn't
make statistics tho).
Spam otoh is spread from our servers everywhere (at least it was so, don't
know current techniques :-)
